it's not too late to take part in wear it pink.
If you have received a letter from us detailing your 'Pink PIN' please use the existing supporter form to confirm your details, otherwise
please use the new supporter form to register for wear it pink 2008.
Ordering a new paying in slip
If you have lost your paying in slip in your fundraising pack (the paying in slip is located on the back of your wear it pink pack letter) you can order a new paying in slip below by typing in your pink pin details or by registering as a new supporter if you don't have your Pink PIN.
Please follow the directions entitled paying in slip once you have logged in. If you have any problems or would like to order your paying in slip by phone please call 0800 107 3104.
